20TA12  Recall Campaign Information

Overview:

The subject vehicles are equipped with a faulty wire harness for the front turn signals. 

This causes the lights to not illuminate as brightly as designed which is a safety hazard.

What Happens:

The technician will remove the wiring harness connected to the blinkers and make corrections

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign.

There is no need to order any parts. 

Protocol/Guest Experience:

There are no special adjustments to make. 

No parts need to be ordered, the customer can wait for the completion of this recall if requested.

Average customer experience time is 1-1.5 Hours
