There is a possibility that some vehicles received a Toyota Genuine carpet floor mat set that is designed for different model year vehicles.

What Happens:

The technician will check the vehicle’s floor mats and order them if necessary. 

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign.
