22TA01  Recall Campaign Information

Overview:

The rear LED lights can become dim and at times let water in leading to a malfunction of the lights.

What Happens:

The technicians will replace the bulbs, and if necessary the entire assembly.

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign. 

The campaign will look like this:

Protocol:

Technicians will inspect both signal bulbs and if necessary will replace the rear turn signal lamp assemblies to fit with the improved bulbs.

Guest Experience:

A few hours, it can be up to four at times, due to the pathway required to access all of the parts. We strongly suggest that the customer does not wait with the vehicle.
