22TC07 Recall Campaign

Overview:

Due to certain programming in the engine ECU on Corollas, under certain conditions, the vehicle may stall at low speeds when accelerating from a stop.

What Happens:

Technicians will inspect and install software updates.

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign. 

The campaign will look like this:

Guest Experience Time:

A couple of hours. If additional time is needed the advisor will communicate this to the customer. Guests may wait with the vehicle
