90L- Venza Recall Campaign Information

Overview:

Potential for an unsecured or incompatible floor mat that could interfere with the accelerator, causing it to get stuck down, resulting in high speed, not allowing the customer to slow down which can cause a crash, serious injury or death.

What Happens:

• Technician will install a rubber pad to modify accelerator pedal and the floor surface in the driver side footwell.

• If the vehicle has original All weather floor mats they will be replaced with the newly designed mats.

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign.
