Completing a Task

Completing a Task is more than just clicking a button. The process of completing a task is intended to create a connection between you and the customer. They are duties, assignments, or follow up reminders to gain that connection or take it further.

Assigned, completed, and dismissed tasks are all monitored by the management team. So if you complete a task properly, you should also get credit for doing so.

The following is how you complete the various types of tasks.

Generic Task- Click on the clipboard check box. That will complete the task.

Alert Task- Click on the yellow exclamation mark triangle. That will complete the task.

Urgent Alert Task- Click on the red exclamation mark triangle. That will complete the task.

Email Task- Begin by clicking on the blue envelope icon. This will open up the email window. By sending an email, this will complete the task.

Phone Call Task- Begin by clicking on the blue phone icon. This will open up the call window. By placing a phone call and ensuring the “Call Complete Task?” box is checked, that will complete the task.

Text Task- Begin by clicking on the blue message icon. This will open up the text window. By sending a text, this will complete the task.

AMP Task- An AMP task is part of our constant marketing campaign. Begin by clicking on the blue phone icon. This will open up the call window. By placing a phone call and ensuring the “Call Complete Task?” box is checked, that will complete the task.
