H0V Recall Campaign Information

Overview:

Grease inside the shifter can cause the shifter to slip out of park without hitting the brake.

If this happens, it could cause the vehicle to roll away and increase risk of a crash.

What Happens:

Technician will replace the shift lock solenoid assembly, have the grease removed, and the appropriate amount of grease reapplied.

What to do:

Run the customer’s VIN in TIS to confirm the campaign.

Protocol:

Technicians will verify and inspect for recall and replace the shift lock solenoid assembly.

Fill out the Recall Parts Order Form

Guest Experience Time:

A half of a day. If additional time is needed the advisor will communicate this to the customer.
