None of the options are click through, but you can adjust the time period by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.

Contacted customers are identified by the customers that have been marked contacted inside the phone widget.

Appointment set are customers that have had an appointment set and scheduled during the time period selected. This applies for appointments shown as well. Sold customers are only delivered customers during the selected time period.

Please do not use this function as a way to manager your dealership’s website leads.
