View Processes

Stop. Chances are you shouldn’t be touching this. If you do need this, this is a place to update the current process associated with the lead. The only real use for this would be in a situation where a customer was merged with an improper process triggered.

1- Click on the “View Processes” button to open the menu.

2- You can reactivate a previous process from the furthest column on the right

3- You can reinitiate the internet sales process, by click the box at the top.
