Task Types

When creating a task, they type of task can draw a certain level of attention. For instance, a standard phone task may blend in while an urgent alert may stand out. The following is a list of the types of tasks common to our daily routine.

Generic Task- A generic task is designed as a reminder task that has no general action associated. Think of it as a reminder task. It looks like this:

Phone Call Task- A phone task is designed to remind you to call the customer about something. Sometimes there are phone scripts associated with the call. It looks like this:

Text Task- A text task is designed to remind you to text the customer about something. Sometimes there are text templates associated with the action. It looks like this:

AMP Task- An AMP task is part of our constant marketing campaign. There are triggers set inside the system to constantly farm and remarket to our customer base. These tasks are generated from the customer opening the marketing email. Read the task, open the associated email inside the customer profile, and respond accordingly to the message.
