No Notes / Wrong Notes
Your customer came into the dealership hoping to find their next new vehicle. You went through the Showroom Up Guide and collected all the necessary information on your customer. However, when you look back into VinSolutions to review the showroom visit, the notes aren’t there or they’re just flat out wrong.
This is a problem.
Managers can be busy at times, remember, they are working all of the customers in the showroom at the same time. They’re kind of human and make mistakes at times.
Update the profile with the correct notes, by leaving a general note with your perception of the visit and review it with your manager. Make sure you settle on the right objection and go back to the guide for your next steps on tackling that objection.
